Late Fee & Cancellation Policies
At Heaven Sent Salon, we want to provide reliable child care while respecting the time of our staff and families. Please review and acknowledge the following policies:
β° Time Limit for Care
- Children may stay for up to 3 hours.
- If needed, an extra 30 minutes may be added (maximum 3.5 hours total).
π Late Pick-Up Policy
- 5-minute grace period after your appointment ends.
- After that, you will be charged $1 per minute late.
- Please plan ahead so your childβs stay does not exceed the 3 hour limit.
π Cancellation Policy
- You must cancel at least 12 hours before your scheduled appointment.
- If canceled within 12 hours, a cancellation fee applies.
- Cancellation fees are half the cost of Kidcare and will be charged to your card on file.
π« No-Show Policy
- If you do not show up for your scheduled Kid Care appointment and do not call or cancel in advance, you will be charged the full cost of the reserved Kidcare time.
- No-shows prevent other families from accessing care and impact our staffing. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule.
We understand that schedules change β this policy allows us to staff properly and hold space for families who need care.
