Heaven Sent Salon Kidcare Booking Policies

Eligibility

We welcome children ages 12 weeks to 6 years old. Children younger than 12 weeks or older than 6 years are not allowed.

Age Group	Hourly Rate	Notes
12 weeks – 3 years	$10/hour	Higher rate due to the extra attention this age requires
4 years – 6 years	$7/hour	Standard rate
Additional Child under 4	$7/hour	Discounted rate for multiple kids
Additional Child over 4	$5/hour	Discounted rate for multiple kids

If a child needs to stay past the scheduled time, an extra half-hour can be added only on the day of care.
Price for extra half-hour = half of the hourly rate for that age group.

Online booking for Kidcare can be done on our website.

You must have a booked appointment with one of our salon booth renters before reserving child care.
All bookings must be made online. You will need to have a valid payment method on file to reserve your spot.
When booking, you must book each child separately. The price shown during booking may not reflect the final total if you are bringing more than one child.
Final charges will be calculated and processed after your appointment is over. At that time, any additional time, extra children, or applicable discounts will be added or applied to your total.
Please ensure your payment information is up to date to avoid any issues with your booking.

Available time slots: 30 minutes, 1 hour, 1.5 hours, 2 hours, 2.5 hours, or 3 hours.
